Purchases and Billing
For subscription management, invoices, or license transfers, visit the Polar customer portal. You can update billing details, download receipts, or open a billing ticket directly from Polar.
What to Include in Your Request
- Which app or hardware you are using (PortalVR runtime, PortalVR Controller, or both).
- Your headset or phone make/model and OS version.
- A short description of the issue and any steps to reproduce it.
- Screenshots, logs, or short videos if the issue is visual.
We appreciate detailed reports—they help us ship fixes faster. Critical regressions are triaged immediately, and we will follow up with status updates by email or Discord depending on your contact channel.
